Privacy policy.

This notice explains how NeuroLeash LTD ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 16720384, handles personal information when you visit neuroleash.com or contact us. We are the controller of that information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Nora has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use Nora at nora.ws: nora.ws/privacy.

When you contact us: your name, work email address, company, the topic you choose and any message you write, along with technical context that helps us respond: your approximate location estimated from your IP address, browser language and timezone, the pages you entered and submitted from, the referring site and any campaign parameters, including advertising click identifiers if you have accepted analytics cookies.

When you visit: your IP address, browser and request details, which our hosting and content delivery providers process to serve and protect the website.

With your consent only: analytics about how the website is used (see Cookies).

• To run, secure and fix the website (legitimate interests)
• To understand how the website is used, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent)
• To meet our legal obligations (legal obligation)

We do not sell your information or use it for automated decisions about you.

These providers process information for us under data processing terms:

• DigitalOcean hosts the website in its London region
• Cloudflare delivers and protects the website through its global network, so requests may be handled outside the UK
• Resend delivers enquiry notifications to us, and may process your details in the United States
• Google Analytics measures website use, only with your consent

Where information leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

• Enquiries: 24 months from when you contact us
• Server logs: 90 days
• Analytics data: 26 months

After that, information is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

We ask before setting any non-essential cookie. Choosing "Necessary only" on the banner means no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.

• nl-cookie-consent: remembers your cookie choice in your browser (essential)
• __cf_bm: set by Cloudflare to protect the website from automated traffic, for 30 minutes (essential)
• _ga and _ga_[ID]: Google Analytics, set only after you choose "Accept all", for up to 2 years

You can change your choice at any time from Cookies Settings at the foot of every page.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@neuroleash.com and we will respond within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
