1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NeuroLeash ("the Service"), operated by NeuroLeash LTD, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
NeuroLeash is a UK B2B database and intelligence platform that provides:
- Access to millions of verified UK B2B contacts and company data
- AI-powered sales intelligence through Nora
- Bespoke email campaigns, AI workflows, and Nora chat
- Data enrichment and verification services
- Analytics and reporting tools
3. Invite-Only Platform
NeuroLeash operates as an invite-only platform. Access is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason. Approved users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
4.1 Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful code or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
- Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Subscription fees are as set out in our pricing plans (Starter: £99/mo, Growth: £299/mo, Enterprise: Custom). All fees are in GBP exclusive of VAT and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6. Data Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive to provide highly accurate data, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all information. You acknowledge that:
- Data may become outdated or inaccurate over time
- We are not liable for decisions made based on our data
- You should verify critical information independently
- We provide data "as is" without warranties
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by NeuroLeash LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeuroLeash LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroLeash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
