How it works
Buyer-intent signals in practice.
Signals attach to the company records they belong to, so the trigger and the route to a decision-maker arrive together rather than in two systems. see the company records signals attach to.
Events, not inferences
Director and ownership changes, registered-office moves, new incorporations, funding and hiring activity — each one filed, dated and attributable to a company.
Ranked against your profile
Every signal is scored against your ideal customer profile, so a funding round at a company you would never sell to does not compete for attention with one you would.
Scored per account
Buying-intent scoring rolls the signals up per account, which is what puts the most likely buyers at the top of the list rather than the most recent.
Delivered how you want it
Real-time in-app alerts for the ones that will not wait, daily and weekly signal digests for the rest, with one-click save to CRM from either.

What it replaces
Keep the workflow connected.
The usual substitutes are a US-built intent model and somebody checking filings by hand. Signal tracking and digests are part of the subscription rather than an intent-data licence bought on top of it. see how the plans are priced.
Topic-surge intent models
Built around a market with different disclosure rules and no equivalent of the UK public register.
Manual filing checks
Watching a register by hand works for ten companies and fails at a sector.
News alerts
A funding round reaches the press after it reaches the register, and often after your competitors.
Calling in list order
Intent scoring per account reorders the list by likelihood rather than by alphabet or by when the record was added.
Questions
What people ask about buyer-intent signals.
What counts as buyer intent here?
Filed, dated events: new incorporations, director and persons-with-significant-control changes, registered-office moves, funding and hiring activity. These are recorded facts about a company rather than inferred interest from browsing behaviour.
Is US intent data usable for UK accounts?
It can be, but topic-surge models are built around a market with different disclosure rules and no equivalent of the UK public register. A model pointed at the UK is not the same thing as a signal read from UK filings, and the difference shows up in how often the timing is right.
How are signals prioritised?
Each is ranked against your ICP and rolled into a buying-intent score per account, so the accounts most likely to buy surface first rather than the accounts that filed most recently.
How quickly do we hear about one?
Real-time in-app alerts for the signals you mark as urgent, and daily or weekly digests for the rest. Either way a one-click link saves the account to your CRM from the alert itself.
